Maria L. Mazur

Maria L. Mazur is a partner at Lubin & Meyer. She has experience representing clients through all stages of litigation and has participated in several multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts including:

She is currently a member of the legal team in the historic class-action lawsuit representing 180 women and men against the former Boston rheumatologist, Derrick Todd, MD, accused by his patients of sexual assault and inappropriate medical exams.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Attorney Mazur had over six years of medical malpractice experience participating in focus groups, mock trials, arbitrations, mediations and trials. Combined, she has more than ten years of insurance defense litigation experience. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court, and the United States Court of Appeals (First Circuit). Additionally, Attorney Mazur is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the Massachusetts Women’s Bar Association.

Attorney Mazur is a graduate of Northeastern University (B.S. political science) cum laude and Roger Williams University School of Law (J.D.).
