Megan Rausch
Medical Case Analyst
Megan Rausch is a medical case analyst at Lubin & Meyer. She is a graduate of the the University of Idaho (B.S. in psychology) and earned her master’s degree in Biological Sciences from Harvard University Extension School.
During her graduate studies, Megan conducted research at the Dekel Laboratory at Massachusetts General Hospital, where she investigated the impact of traumatic childbirth experiences on postpartum mental health outcomes. Additionally, Megan gained hands-on clinical experience in ophthalmology across several specialties, including cataract surgery, cornea, retina, glaucoma, plastics, and neuro-ophthalmology.
Through her medical education, clinical work, and research, she witnessed firsthand how systemic disparities affect patients across different care setting. Recognizing that many of these issues stem from gaps in care and accountability, she directed her career toward medical malpractice advocacy.
Megan is dedicated to advocating for patients and families affected by preventable medical harm. She now uses this background to support a wide range of medical negligence cases at the firm including obstetric and ophthalmology cases.
