Heather Soucy, RN, BCEN, MPH
Medical Case Analyst
Heather Soucy is a medical case analyst who joined Lubin & Meyer in 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Master of Science in Nursing from the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing. Most recently, she also completed a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Health Policy at the Harvard T.H. School of Public Health.
Heather began her nursing career in 2018 at a Level I trauma center pediatric emergency department in Baltimore, Maryland. Since then, she has practiced in a wide range of emergency department settings including Level I trauma centers, burn centers, stroke centers, and critical access hospitals from Maine to California. Through these experiences, she has developed a strong foundation in trauma, critical care and emergency response protocols.
Board certified in Emergency Nursing, she also holds advanced certifications in trauma care, adult and pediatric advanced life support, stroke management, and workplace safety. She has served as a charge nurse, preceptor, clinical instructor and has contributed to evidence-based policy reform and quality improvement initiatives — reflecting her commitment to ongoing education, patient safety and clinical excellence.
Motivated by a passion for improving health outcomes in vulnerable populations and advancing health policy reform, Heather has spearheaded legislative initiatives in Massachusetts aimed at strengthening healthcare delivery, access, and patient outcomes on a broader level. Her long-term mission is to leverage her clinical expertise, policy training and legal experience to promote equity, accountability, and overall higher standards of care.
