Lynn I. Hu

Lynn Hu is an associate at Lubin & Meyer experienced in representing clients through all stages of litigation. She has participated in several multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts. Her verdicts include:

  • $11.5 million verdict on behalf of an 11-year old child with developmental delays caused by myocarditis that was not properly reported on a chest x-ray
  • $3.5 million verdict on behalf of the parents of an infant with signs of an infection that were missed, resulting in the infant’s death
  • $6.8 million verdict on behalf of the adult children of a 54-year-old man who died of kidney cancer that was misdiagnosed
  • $3.2 million verdict on behalf of the family of a man who was not given proper treatment options to prevent the development of esophageal cancer, leading to his untimely death at the age of 55.

Prior to joining Lubin & Meyer, Attorney Hu worked as an associate for over two years at a Boston firm representing injured children in toxic tort litigation.

Attorney Hu received her undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago (B.A. Environmental Law) and her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law (J.D.). During law school, Attorney Hu was a judicial intern to the Honorable Marianne B. Bowler of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Attorney Hu is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She is a member of the Women’s Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and Public Justice.
