Matthew Yudkin

Associate Attorney

Matthew Yudkin is an associate attorney at Lubin & Meyer. He earned his B.A. in philosophy from Southern Connecticut State University and received his Juris Doctor degree from New England Law | Boston, where he was awarded the Sandra Day O’Connor Scholarship. 

In his work at the firm, Matthew applies his experience to the assessment and development of medical malpractice cases, focusing on the analysis of complex medical issues and collaborating with expert medical providers to support the firm’s litigation efforts. 

Before entering the legal profession, Matthew served as an EMT and firefighter, providing emergency medical care and developing a firsthand understanding of clinical judgment, patient safety, and acute medical decision-making. This background informs and strengthens his approach to medical malpractice litigation. 

Matthew is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
