Andrew H. Miller
Andrew Miller is an experienced trial attorney having spent over a decade in courtrooms in Massachusetts and across the country trying dozens of cases to verdict. Andrew focuses his practice on medical malpractice and complex personal injury law, advocating for the rights of those who are harmed by our healthcare system or by the negligence of others. Prior to joining Lubin & Meyer, Andrew was lead counsel representing plaintiffs in nationwide cases involving prescription drugs and also served as a prosecutor with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.
A member of the Massachusetts, Virginia, and District of Columbia bars, Andrew has presented and lectured at numerous legal conferences across the country. He has been recognized in the legal community by Super Lawyers® Rising Stars each year since 2020, and as a "Top 40 under 40" by the National Trial Lawyers organization.
Andrew is a graduate of Harvard Law School, where he was elected as a member of the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau, the nation’s oldest student-run legal services organization and one of Harvard Law School’s three historic honors societies. Prior to law school, he received his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from New York University, where he was selected as a Presidential Honors Scholar and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
