Mary Wenham

Medical Paralegal

Mary Wenham is a medical paralegal at Lubin & Meyer. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst (B.A. English), and she has been with Lubin & Meyer since 2005. 

She is currently a member of the legal team in the historic class-action lawsuit representing 180 women and men against the former Boston rheumatologist, Derrick Todd, MD, accused by his patients of sexual assault and inappropriate medical exams.

Prior to joining the firm, she was an advocate for and educator of children with developmental delays, learning disabilities, and other cognitive impairments. Her areas of specialty include birth injury, maternal-fetal demise, and other areas of obstetric malpractice. She is also involved in many of the firm’s general liability claims. 

During her time at Lubin & Meyer, she has become involved as a litigation assistant and also facilitates many of the firm’s multimedia presentations at trial. She works closely with the firm’s extensive network of expert physicians, and is a strong advocate for the firm’s clients.
