Britain A. Thames is an associate attorney at Lubin & Meyer experienced in representing clients through all stages of litigation. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an associate for over seven years at a firm concentrating on cases involving abuse and neglect in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. She has participated in several multi-million-dollar settlements and verdicts.

Attorney Thames is also a registered nurse with over two decades of critical care, anesthesia care, and emergency nursing experience. Her many years of hospital-based nursing included a variety of leadership roles. Her lifelong commitment to improving the quality of care in the healthcare industry led her to attend law school in order to further advocate for those who have been injured in the course of their treatment. She also advocated for fellow nurses by serving as a representative for the Massachusetts Nurses Association.

Attorney Thames received her undergraduate nursing degree from the University of Memphis, her graduate degree from the University of Tennessee, and her law degree from Massachusetts School of Law.

Attorney Thames is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
