Nicholas D. Cappiello is an associate at Lubin & Meyer. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Attorney Cappiello worked at Lubin & Meyer as a law clerk and served as a student attorney in the Suffolk University Law School Housing and Consumer Protection Clinic. During law school, Attorney Cappiello served as the managing editor of the Journal of High Technology Law, founding member of the Journal of Health and Biomedical Law, Treasurer of the Student Bar Association, and as an officer of Suffolk University’s Health and Biomedical Law Society. Attorney Cappiello is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New Hampshire, and is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Attorney Cappiello graduated cum laude from Tulane University (B.A. Political Economy) and cum laude from Suffolk University Law School (J.D.).
