Krysia J. Syska A graduate of Suffolk University Law School and admitted to practice in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, Attorney Syska has been with the firm for more than 16 years, and has been a partner at the firm since 2001. During this time, she has been actively involved in numerous record-setting medical malpractice verdicts and settlements; many of which have been highlighted and featured in various publications from Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly and The Boston Globe to several national verdict reporting publications. Most recently, she participated in securing a $4.9 million settlement for a baby who suffered severe brain damage during labor and delivery. Attorney Syska has been named among the Massachusetts Rising Stars Super Lawyers for 2005, 2006 and 2007 as published in Boston Magazine. She is regularly called upon to speak at professional and continuing legal education seminars on the topic of personal injury law and advances in the area of medical malpractice. Attorney Syska was recently appointed to a 2-year term as co-chair of the Tort Committee of the Boston Bar Association's Litigation Section.
