28 State Street is near Boston City Hall. Enter building and parking garage on Congress Street across from Quincy Marketplace. From Government Center T station enter back of building on City Hall Plaza (see Directions from MBTA below.)

From the North - New Hampshire or Points North (Routes 1, 95 & 93)
From I-93 South use the right lane to take Exit 17 A-17 B-17 toward Government Center. Continue onto Clinton Street. Use the right lane to turn left onto North Street. On North Street (Faneuil Hall Marketplace will be on the left and the Millennium Bostonian Hotel will be on the right), proceed on North Street (about 1 block). At the end of North Street, use the right lane to turn left at the traffic light onto Congress Street. The garage entrance of 28 State Street is on the right just after the steps leading up to Government Center. Take a right into the garage. Beyond the loading dock for 28 State Street is a double entrance to the garage on the left. Ring the doorbell, and garage security will give you access to the garage. Lubin & Meyer’s office is located on the 40th floor.
From the South - (Routes 3 & 93)
From I-93 North, use the 2nd-from-the-right lane to take Exit 17 for Government Center toward Quincy Market. From the West (Routes 90, Massachusetts Turnpike)
Follow Route 90 East to Route 93 North. Use the right lane to merge onto I-93 North via the rampe to Concord, NH. Use the 2nd-from-the-right lane to take Exit 17 for Government Center toward Quincy Market. Continue on North Street (Faneuil Hall Market Place will be on the left and the Millennium Bostonian Hotel will be on the right), proceed on North Street (about 1 block). At the end of North Street, use the right lane to turn left at the traffic light onto Congress Street. From Logan Airport - North Shore via Sumner Tunnel (Route 1A)
In the Sumner Tunnel, stay in left lane to exit toward Government Center. Take a slight left onto the ramp to John F Fitzgerald Surface Road. Take sharp left turn onto John F Fitzgerald Surface Road. Turn right onto North Street. At the end of North Street, use the right lane to turn left at the traffic light onto Congress Street. The garage entrance of 28 State Street is on the right just after the steps leading up to Government Center. Take a right into the garage. Beyond the loading dock for 28 State Street is a double entrance to the garage on the left. Ring the doorbell, and garage security will give you access to the garage. DIRECTIONS by MBTA (via green or blue subway lines)
We are a 2-minute walk from the Government Center T station across City Hall Plaza.
Take the T to Government Center. Continue straight out of the T station across City Hall Plaza. City Hall will be on the left, and Dunkin’ Donuts will be on the right. You will notice the brick plaza continues straight ahead, with a brick walkway between the buildings to the right. Turn right and follow the brick walkway to access the rear entrance of 28 State Street (near the Bill Russell statue). Upon entering, please stop at the security desk in the lobby.
