The annual Trial Advocacy Workshop is an invaluable resource for up-and-coming trial attorneys. The program consists of five days of intensive comprehensive and personalized training by esteemed judges and the state’s most prolific attorneys.

Meyer and Higgins will join distinguished trial court judges and expert litigators who will share their views on the most effective and successful trial strategies through insightful and practical critiques. Program attendees will spend the week honing their skills in a mock trial setting. From opening statements to closing arguments, direct and cross examinations, expert witnesses and eyewitnesses, participants are given the opportunity to sharpen their trial techniques under the guidance of seasoned superior court judges and leading trial attorneys.

Meyer is Boston's most highly regarded medical malpractice plaintiff's attorney. For more than four decades, Meyer has chaired and lectured at continuing legal education seminars for multiple organizations, and has served as chairman of the MCLE's Annual New England Personal Injury Conference for 22 consecutive years.

Recognized by Boston Magazine and The Best Lawyers in America as one of the region's top lawyers, Meyer has consistently achieved record-setting verdicts and settlements, including one of the largest personal injury awards in state history — $30 million including interest in a birth injury lawsuit.

Robert Higgins, Massachusetts Trial Lawyer photoHiggins is recognized as one of the most successful trial lawyers in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, who has the distinction of having achieved the state's largest medical malpractice award — a $40 million verdict for a baby brain damaged at birth.

He has been named to both the Top 10 Massachusetts Super Lawyers and Top 100 Super Lawyers lists in Boston Magazine.
