Lubin & Meyer Receives Highest Ranking by Best Law Firms
U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers® ranks
Lubin & Meyer a "Tier One" law firm in
medical malpractice and personal injury law
February 11, 2015
Lubin & Meyer earned two "Tier One" rankings for the practice areas of personal injury litigation and medical malpractice law. "Tier One" is the highest ranking a law firm can receive in the Boston metropolitan area.
Law firms included on the 2015 "Best Law Firms" list are recognized for professional excellence with consistently impressive ratings from clients and peers. This is the fifth consecutive year Lubin & Meyer has been named to the list since the list’s inception.
Achieving a "Tier One" ranking signals a unique combination of quality law practice and breadth of legal expertise. To be eligible for a ranking, a firm must have a lawyer listed in The Best Lawyers in America, which recognizes the top 4 percent of practicing attorneys in the US. Lubin & Meyer has five attorneys named Best Lawyers® for 2015.
They include Andrew C. Meyer, Jr., the firm’s founder, who has been selected for inclusion in the Best Lawyers list since 1995, in both personal injury and medical malpractice categories. In 2011, Meyer was also selected by Best Lawyers as Boston Medical Malpractice Lawyer of the Year.
Additional Lubin & Meyer attorneys selected to the Best Lawyers list are Robert M. Higgins (who was also selected 2015 "Lawyer of the Year" for medical malpractice), Adam R. Satin and Krysia J. Syska for medical malpractice law, and William J. Thompson for personal injury litigation.
Lubin & Meyer is New England’s innovative leader in medical malpractice and personal injury law with attorneys practicing in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. Lubin & Meyer achieved five of the top eight verdicts and 25 million-dollar-plus settlements in Massachusetts for 2014, as compiled by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
