Diane Piette

Diane Piette is an associate at Lubin & Meyer. Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Diane served as a prosecutor with the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office. During her four years as an assistant district attorney she successfully prosecuted hundreds of cases. She was a member of the Motor Vehicle Homicide Task Force, head of White Collar Crime in District Court, and a general assistant district attorney handling all facets of prosecution from arraignments to jury trials. She is a seasoned trial attorney with extensive motions, bench and jury trial experience.

Following law school Diane served as a law clerk for a district court judge for two years. She co-authored an article on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, which was published in 2006 in the Stanford Law and Policy Review.

Diane is a graduate of the University of Houston (B.A. Journalism) and the University of St. Thomas School of Law (J.D.). She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Minnesota.
