Sandra Anderson has more than 30 years experience, which includes direct patient care on medical and post-operative surgical units. As a healthcare manager, Sandra was responsible for multiple clinical sites covering obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, internal medicine, gastroenterology, dermatology, and rheumatology. While working in the ambulatory care setting, Sandra helped develop and implement an HMO’s system-wide patient satisfaction program, which defined standards for providing superior customer service and patient care. For the past 10 years, Sandra has worked in the medical malpractice arena where she was involved in risk management, claims review, interviewing and educating healthcare providers and litigation preparation.
